Enter, the rice packet casserole hack.
It’s giving, 80’s mom you want Chipotle we have Chipotle at home energy.
Not to mention, it’s going to save you tons of money. This whole casserole that feeds my family of five- with leftovers- costs $11.40. My steak bowl from Chipotle is $12.10.WHAT HAVE I BEEN DOING?
The Essentials:
3 bags Knorr Mexican Rice
1 box Chicken Broth
2 cups shredded Rotisserie Chicken
1 can Rotel
1 can rinsed Black Beans
Shredded Cheese
1 box Chicken Broth
2 cups shredded Rotisserie Chicken

This is going in the over at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, remove, cover with cheese and back in for another 10 minutes.Top this with whatever fresh goodies you have on hand to feel good about yourself- tomatoes, sour cream, avocado, corn, onions, tortilla chips, live your best life.
