Low Carb Chocolate Wendy’s Frosty

You get a Frosty, and you dip your fries in it.

Those are the rules.

But what if you are trying to eat less sugar… and you don’t want to go outside or talk to people… and you really just want the comfort of a chocolatey Frosty, with basically no work on your part at all?

I can help with that.

Low Carb Wendys Frosty

Here you have a low carb version of a Wendy’s Frosty!

I’m not kidding you guys, I keep a container of this in my fridge at all times and just do drive-by spoonings of it all day long.

Ingredients include sugar free chocolate jello and heavy whipping cream.

What’s this? It’s only two ingredients?

I WOULD WANT TO MAKE OUT WITH ME RIGHT NOW, TOO.

Mix sugar free chocolate jello with heavy whipping cream.

Add the sugar free pudding mix and heavy cream to a mixing bowl.

You’ll need one with a lid, because this needs to head to the fridge or freezer in just a couple minutes.

Whisk together sugar free jello and heavy whipping cream.

Whisk this for 2 solid minutes.

You’ll feel it getting firmer and firmer, that’s the goal.

Once you’re done, seal it with a lid and put it either in the fridge for 3 hours, or for a more “Frosty-like” scenario, pop it in the freezer until frozen.

Just note, this gets super hard in the freezer, so it may have to sit on the counter a tick before you’ll be able to scoop it.

What’s better than a drive through? Eating this in your underwear.
